Who has access to my storage unit?
You lock it, you keep the key.  No one else has access.

Can I run a heater in my boat, or keep my RV plugged in?
Yes, Mitchell Storage should be able to supply 110V power for a reasonable fee.  Routine condition checks are also included so you can rest easy.

Do you offer insurance?
No.  Tenant / landlord law applies and we are not responsible for care of your goods.  Suitability of the space for the intended purpose and insurance are your responsibilities.

Are there restrictions to what I can store?
Yes.  We do not accept contaminants, toxic or hazardous substances, explosives or other items that may pose a risk to the environment, the space, staff or other tenants.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No.  We have a 3 month minimum, but beyond that it is month to month.  Rent is not prorated.

When are you open?

Office hours are 7:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday.  Facility access is 6:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday.  Weekend access is available with permission.
